Q.How to use the membership pass
To use your membership pass, please follow the steps below.

1. Login to KADOKAWA Premium Members
2. Tap or click "Show barcode" at the top of the "Edit ID and Basic Information" section
3. Your membership pass will be displayed on the screen
Q.What is KADOKAWA Premium Members?
KADOKAWA Premium Members is an official membership program operated by KADOKAWA CORPORATION.
We provide a wide range of information and convenience to further delight our customers.
Q.Does it cost to register for membership?
No. Registration for KADOKAWA Premium Members is free.
Q.Can minors register for KADOKAWA Premium Members?
Minors can register for KADOKAWA Members, but a person who has parental authority is required to register on behalf of a person under 16 years old.
Q.Is it possible to register KADOKAWA Premium Members even if I live outside Japan?
It is possible to register outside Japan.
Q.What is KADOKAWA-ID?
KADOKAWA-ID is a member-specific account that KADOKAWA Premium Members identifies and manages the members.
It is necessary for the customer to link KADOKAWA Premium Members with various services.
Q.What services are available for KADOKAWA-ID?
The following services are available with the KADOKAWA-ID.
・KADOKAWA Premium Members Basic Information Confirmation Service
・EJ ANiME STORE
*We plan to gradually expand the services available.
Q.When should I use KADOKAWA-ID?
KADOKAWA-ID can be used at the following timing.
・Sign in to KADOKAWA Premium Members
・Initial registration and sign-in for services under your KADOKAWA-ID

Registration Procedures

Q.How do I register for KADOKAWA Premium Members?
There are two ways to register for KADOKAWA Premium Members.
1.Registering using the mail address you already have
2.Registration using existing SNS account information
Q.What information is needed to register for membership?
To register for KADOKAWA Premium Members, you need to provide four pieces of information.
・Email address *1
・Gender
・Date of birth *2
・country of residence
*1 Some social accounts may not be initially registered.
*2 Once registered, the date of birth cannot be changed.
Q.Where can I register for KADOKAWA Premium Members?
You can register for KADOKAWA Premium Members in two ways.
・Start the registration procedure from the sign-in or sign-up page for the various services available
・Start the registration procedure from the membership page of KADOKAWA Premium Members (https://id.kadokawa.co.jp)
Q.I did not receive an email with the authentication code when I registered for KADOKAWA Premium Members.
If you do not receive an email with the authorization code, please check the following four items.
1.Confirm a spam folder
It may be in the spam folder depending on your email setting.
2.Confirm a rejection setting
If you have set it to receive an email, please set it to receive an email from "kadokawa.co.jp".
3.Delay due to communication conditions
Depending on the environment, it may take some time to receive the email, so please wait for a while and check if it is being received again.
4.Check the email address
Please confirm that the registered email address is correct.
Q.I closed the page by mistake before completing the registration procedures for KADOKAWA Premium Members. I tried the registration procedures again, but an error message "Account already exists" is displayed.
Since you are temporarily registered, you can resume the registration process from the agreement page if you sign in with the same information which you used to register.
Q.How many characters/types of characters can I set in my KADOKAWA Premium Members password?
The number of characters and types of characters that can be set in the KADOKAWA Premium Members password are as follows.

・8 characters or more, 64 characters or less
[Character types]
・half-width uppercase letters
・half-width lowercase letters
・half-width numbers
・half-width symbols( @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; ! . )

Sign In

Q.I can't sign in because I don't know the email address registered with KADOKAWA Premium Members.
Support cannot disclose the email address used for registration.
Please check the email you received when you registered.
Q.I forgot the password for KADOKAWA Premium Members.
From "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in screen, reset your password and sign in with your reset password.
Q.I don't know the social account password when I registered for KADOKAWA Premium Members.
We cannot look up your social account password here.
Please contact your social account provider.
Q.I cannot sign in because I deleted the social account that I used for the registration of KADOKAWA Premium Members.
If you delete the social account linked to KADOKAWA Premium Members without setting the email address and password, you cannot sign in.
Please note that we do not support an account recovery.
If you are considering deleting your social account, please set your email address and password in advance.
Q.I want to add a social account to use when signing in with KADOKAWA Premium Members.
You can add a social account from the KADOKAWA-ID Basic Information Confirmation Service (https://id.kadokawa.co.jp/account).
Q.How do I prevent unauthorized sign-in?
For security reasons, we recommend that you do not use the same password as other services. A two-factor identity verification service is also enabled if you register your phone number.
Q.There are social login buttons on the sign-in page when viewed on the PC screen, but the buttons are not displayed on the smartphone screen.
It may be blocked by the content blocker on your smartphone. Please turn off the content blocker from the settings and refresh.

Change Registered Information

Q.How do I change my information I registered for membership?
You can change your registration information on KADOKAWA-ID Basic Information Confirmation Service (https://id.kadokawa.co.jp/account).
The date of birth cannot be changed.

Withdrawal

Q.I want to cancel each service I am using with my KADOKAWA-ID.
In accordance with the terms of use for each service, please complete the withdrawal procedures for each service.
Q.How do I withdraw from KADOKAWA Premium Members?
Withdrawal can be done through the KADOKAWA-ID Basic Information Confirmation Service (https://id.kadokawa.co.jp/account).
Please note that all information about KADOKAWA Premium Members you are using will be deleted.
However, some services do not delete information due to the withdrawal of KADOKAWA Premium Members.
In that case, please request deletion of registration information for each service.
Q.I would like to register with the same email address again after I withdrew from KADOKAWA Premium Members. Is it possible?
You cannot register with the same e-mail address for a month after you withdrew from the membership.
Q.I tried to sign in with another account after withdrawal, but I couldn't sign in because I received a message saying I had withdrawn.
Please close your browser and access the sign-in page again.
Q.About deleting your registration information after leaving KADOKAWA Premium Members.
Your registered information will be deleted after a maximum of 30 days after your withdrawal from KADOKAWA Premium Members.

Notifications to KADOKAWA Premium Members

Q.I want to stop receiving email notification to the KADOKAWA Premium Members.
The email agreement can be changed on KADOKAWA-ID Basic Information Confirmation Service (https://id.kadokawa.co.jp/account).
However, you cannot stop receiving emails concerning registration procedures or security notices.

EJ ANiME STORE

Q.If I withdraw from KADOKAWA Premium Members, does it mean I have withdrawn from EJ ANiME STORE?
No. Even if you withdraw from KADOKAWA Premium Members, we will continue the process of the billing and shipping of your purchased items on EJ ANiME STORE before you withdraw from KADOKAWA Premium Members.
Also, please note that you will not be able to sign in to EJ ANiME STORE if you withdraw from KADOKAWA Premium Members.
If you would like to withdraw from EJ ANiME STORE, please contact us at (https://ejanimestore.com/contact).
Q.I can't sign in to EJ ANiME STORE after I withdrew from KADOKAWA Premium Members.
To sign in to EJ ANiME STORE, you need to register as a KADOKAWA member and use your KADOKAWA-ID to sign in to EJ ANiME STORE.

KADOKAWA Store

Q.If I withdraw from KADOKAWA Premium Members, does it mean I have withdrawn from KADOKAWA Store?
No. Even if you withdrow from KADOKAWA Premium Members, it does not mean that you withdraw ftom KADOKAWA Store.
